My hands are weighing down like anchors/ it feels like a storm is brewing up around me/ I can feel it in the sudden breeze/ we are only minutes before the water rises above my head/ like a dream I'm wrestling against the tidal waves/ never ceasing they come in from miles away/ I feel so small and I can only carry on so far/ the water frightens me still I remain afloat/ a shadow is visible across the sound/ the ghost of someone so familiar and I'm frozen still// Someone is out there on the ocean/ and he's calling out beckons me to walk where water is calm beneath my trembling feet/ keep your eyes on me look away and you will sink// I'm sinking like a boat/ I'm swallowed by this ocean/ and despair is like the cyclone building inside my head/ I'm hopelessly caught in the middle of this raging fight/ I'm struggling to take in my final breath// There is a light and it's guiding my way home/ your gentle hands are the wind that guides me/ you are the hope that I float on at storm's passing/ and when you speak, you break the silence of the sea// Someone is out there on the ocean/ and he's calling out beckons me to walk where water is calm beneath my trembling feet/ keep your eyes on me look away and you will sink/
